Moving an Employee?

Westmount Moving specializes in employee relocation – whether the move is within Canada, into our out of the United States or is an international move. Westmount Moving has three full-time move coordinators handling corporate employee relocations. We believe one of the keys to a successful relocation is to communicate with the transferee throughout the move. In this manner, transferee concerns are readily addressed and quality is constantly monitored.

We have developed a unique “Corporate Move Management Process” that is followed on each move with clearly scheduled points of contact. Relocating employees are provided with a pre-move package that outlines the steps of a move and provides useful tips and suggestions for moving. The employee is provided with a 1-800 number, a cell phone number and email address of the move coordinator so that they can reach their move coordinator at all times. Westmount Moving’s corporate account move coordinators also are very knowledgeable in documentation requirements when moving across a border or when moving a vehicle.

We know that a successful employee move is important to ensure the smooth transition of the employee into their new role. Westmount Moving has the experience to handle employee moves as this is the foundation of our business.
